Routes and conditions

Routes are not fixed. Where you go depends on charter length, weather, marine conditions, the vessel, and captain approval. Swimming and yacht tie-ups are offered only where legally and operationally permitted.

Capacity and safety

Legal passenger limits are set by the vessel and its operator and are never exceeded. The captain and vessel operator make all final safety, weather, and operational decisions.

Crew and credentials

Crew arrangements and credentials vary by vessel and booking. MiamiMarine Co does not represent that every captain, crew member, or vessel holds a particular license or certification unless verified for that specific charter.
